Kevin Francis called. Stated a civil suit against me from my bank. He knew my bank name. I called my bank there is no civil suits and that the call and caller is a scam.
Caller reports a civil suit has been filed against me. Calls my work, my home my family members repeatedly. a real suit requires due process and service in writing.
