Kevin Francis called. Stated a civil suit against me from my bank. He knew my bank name. I called my bank there is no civil suits and that the call and caller is a scam.
Caller reports a civil suit has been filed against me. Calls my work, my home my family members repeatedly. a real suit requires due process and service in writing.
Kevin Francis on September 5th and Frank Palazzo on September 17th called stating a civil case has been filed against me. My lawyer confirmed that this is a scam and not to respond.

I received a call I a civil suite has been filed against me. This is not the second time this has happened in the last 3 months. Prior to this it came from a number #855-513-9073. I am from Wisconsin.
