I recievd this text today "Your card charged of 3257.87USD against Farberware Dishwasher 0rder id UV6621XA at AMZN on 06-06-2021. If N0T you, Please call 1-833-220-4098" although I knew it's a scammer but just calked for curiousity and some Indian guy named John answered the call... so I hanged up! ????
Same message received. Text saying there was a Farberware dishwasher charge for 3K. Hilarious!! They wouldn't get that far with my cards..I've deleted and blocked this number!

I got a similar text today. Called the number back and it was an east Indian guy ansering like it was an Amazon facility. Obviously this is a SCAM. I reportedit on the FBI website for good measure. These guys are idiots trying to scam people out of money. #1 Amazon doesnt confirm orders in this fashion and #2, dishwashers dont cost ovre $3500.00 (especially not Farberware)

I received the same text message! That I got charged over $3k from someone in Virginia for a dishwasher. Now they’re telling me to get some cars from Target... I hung up and now they’ve tried calling me another 5 times.
Text advising my credit card was used for 3K Amazon purchase and requesting call if not mine. Ignored and deleted.
