Fake Amazon Unauthorized Purchase SCAM robocaller

Answered the call and a robocaller informed me that there was an unauthorized purchase of an iPhone in the amount of $1,400 - touch 1 to be connected to connect to a rep - touch 2 to report an unauthorized purchase. REALLY? Do people still fall for such obvious scam calls??
