Who called me from this phone number (814) 844-6486

Stated they my C-Card had been compromised and wanted my SSN and DOB to verify my ID. My reply, "You stated my CC was compromised, then you already know who I am or you would have no idea my CC was compromised". He shouted obscenity's and hung up on me.
