I answered the phone to this number today, he said he was my computer Technician. This person scammed me a couple of months back. He caught me off guard late at night and almost got away with $2500.00 of my money. I am 82 years old, I immediately reported it to the bank and they fixed it before he got the money. His story was he transferred money into my account by mistake and asked that I go to Walmart and get cash cards to send him. He even called the following morning to see if i got the cash yet. It took a long time to get this straightened out. If this happens to you, "John" has an far eastern accent and does not give up until you hang up. BE aware.
Got a call claiming to be “my computer technicianâ€. I told him I am my own computer technician and then he said “sir you already paid us and†then I cut him off, told him I didn’t pay anyone and that he was lying and I was going to report him to the local Sheriff’s Dept. After that he hung up. Total Scam!
