We constantly get these calls at work. They are so rude.

Calling eanting to talk to person handling bills - says we have power overages and he wants to discuss it. Tells me he is calling cause we have overages and we need to straighten it out. We have no overages in our power bill and after telling him this 15 times he insists that we do. Never heard of the guy, never got calls like this, blocked number.
