Who called me from this phone number (814) 431-2366

They claimed to be AT&T/Direct TV and offered to cut my bills in half from a recorded message. I have all of my called directed to another phone but it was left as a voicemail on this phone meaning it did not ring or it would have gone to my other phone. 8/21/2020 at 2:32 p.m.
