Who called me from this phone number (814) 208-0376

Calling for my husband regarding a vehicle in both of our names. They are trying to sell an extended warranty. On more than one occasion I had asked to place on a do no call list. Every time I try asking a question they hang up on me and don’t hear me out. All I want is for them to stop calling my phone.
