Who called me from this phone number (814) 204-3810

I got a call 20 minutes ago from 814-204-3810 with a man asking for support for our "boys in blue". My caller ID said "NONE". I figured that if this was from a legitimate organization their identity would not be hidden or disguised with caller ID. I hung up while he was talking.
