This is a particularly annoying, aggressive robocall. These people keep calling. It's a recording that cuts off abruptly in mid-message, e.g., "This is Naomi calling from the Homeowners Association on a recorded line..."[abrupt cut-off]. They call two, three, or more times per day and the name of the woman in the recording changes from message to message. If you call the number back there's a message saying to press'1' for a customer service agent or they will explain how to remove your number from their internal 'do not call' list. If you press '1' it rings thru to another message stating that 'all agents are busy', please leave a message at this email address [voice announces email address] and we'll get back to you asap.
