This is a particularly annoying, aggressive robocall. These people keep calling. It's a recording that cuts off abruptly in mid-message, e.g., "This is Naomi calling from the Homeowners Association on a recorded line..."[abrupt cut-off]. They call two, three, or more times per day and the name of the woman in the recording changes from message to message.
