Called the number to tell them to stop calling and the man became border line threatening. Was definitely of another culture

wanted to refund me 399 dollars to my account, left a message on my answering machine to call them back. Defiantly a BS call.
Left message about stopping a Windows program. Demanded a call back or they would charge my credit card over $300. Just anorher scam.
