I received a call and also an e-mail. Both are associated with an alleged refund for a charge of $349.99 on an order at Micro Computer Security Lic. (22312). The callback number in the e-mail is "Call Paypal 6013013803". The e-mail is also loaded with typographical & grammatical errors. The call references a refund and "press 1 to talk with their refund team".

I don't know anyone in Hawaii that would call me. Did not wait to hear the remainder of the recorded message.
They called three times and it is a robocall. They said you had a refund from Microsoft and then they give you a pone number 930-200-0370. They are scammers so do not answer them. Ignore them.
Left message they will charge my account for technical support service in the amount of $399 if I don't call them to stop the charge

?I just got a call from this number +1 (808) 353-8514? Saying I had a refund from Microsoft technical support and then they asked if I had computer. I said well if I have a refund from technical support I must have a computer, right They said in order to get it I had to log on computer. When I asked why they couldn’t mail it,they said I had to log on computer Again I said why can’t you just mail it...then they hung up....Scammers!
They were trying to suck people in by implying that they might be owed a refund.
