This is not actually a spam number. It is one of AT&T's Voicemail numbers. When my Android phone checks voicemail, this is the number it calls. If you are seeing calls from this number, it is a scammer hiding his real number by displaying this one. No idea how to stop it except you should report the abuse to AT&T.

Irritating repetitive recording asking for a mail box code number ... I haven't a clue what this is .. Only that it is irritating !
