Who called me from this phone number (805) 754-2584

They would not tell me who they were, unless I verified my personal info. when I refused they said they would mail me info. Then they asked me to verify my address. The call back service says they DBA as Verizon Wireless. I have never had a Verizon Account. He refused to confirm the Verizon Connection.
