Who called me from this phone number (805) 728-7157

I called back the number from a public phone and it says the number is not currently set up. I think this is part of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield robocalls that calls from different phone numbers everyday after you block them. They will not allow you to talk to them to remove yourself from their list. They hang up.
