Who called me from this phone number (805) 669-1603

Another unwanted call from this Ojai VOIP number was received (less than 2 months since the last time) in violation of the Do Not Call law. Once again, when the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. This predator has been flagged as one of many tech support scammers, pretending to be Microsoft. Avoid this shyster!
