Who called me from this phone number (805) 507-1780

Claimed my mobile service account had been hacked and 2 iPhones had been ordered from another state address. I hung up and called service provider directly and they did not see this information. This call definitely felt like it was a good recording/robo call attempting to get personal information. They were able to text my phone during the call to make it look very official.
