Who called me from this phone number (805) 454-0288

My friend that has Dementia received a call from this number and was advised that "Amazon" put $14,990.00 into her account accidentally. She was told to go to the bank and withdraw this amount in order to avoid legal action. I called and spoke with "Patrick Blossom" and he said he was in fact with Amazon and that she was refunded $14,990.00 into her account and needed to pay it back. I advised "Patrick" to proceed with legal action.
