Got a call from someone named William about blood work I supposedly had in April 2018. He couldn't give me contact information about the lab that this was being collected for.
I just got a call from "Justin" Same thing. DOS: 4-13-2018. Owe:421.25. Can't provide any information. Said sent letters, never got them. Same BS about a check. Told him to resend letter. Said he couldn't. Thanks for everyone for taking the time to post what has happened.
Some guy named Charles from 805–399-3057 claiming that I owe over $300 for lab work. Definitely a scam! I got a similar call earlier this year same thing, verified with my insurance plan and no record of any lab work.
I got a call that says I owe $406.92 from blood work I had done in March 14, 2018. I go to the military doctor so kept asking questions. He said that the bill was from a lab, not a doctor. He said that I need to pay by noon tomorrow.
I just got a call they said I owe 376.13 to some place called Medical Diagnostics... when I asked when and where was this the lady hung up on me.... I called the number and they call themselves Consumer Collections and have a full voicemail!!!!! THE NERVE!!!
My husband got a call from this number saying he owed over $300 for lab work - weird since I pay all the bills and have never received anything that states that we owe money. Believe me, I would know!
i got a call from this number the caller is justin 805 399 3057 , says i have a blood collection . But I have no bills from them in the mail.
Claimed I owed a debt for medical tests, bills had been mailed to me- I tried to get a word in to request sending invoice by email- could not tell me what doctor lab work was for- I have not had any extra blood work done other than basic blood work during my physical in April. STATED SHE WOULD TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTION AGENCIES. Accused me of yelling at her- I was trying to get her to send me bill by email-have not received one notice by mail!

This company stated they were National Admin Solutions and since I do have medical collections I'm paying off I believed them. In total they got 540.00 for what they stated was a 400.00 bill and are still calling. They state their office is in Utah
