Yes, this is the number that I have always used to place technical support calls for my computer. I always spoke to a wonderful man named "Mark". I purchased several hundred dollars (almost $400, maybe more) for 3 years worth of service. It has been a year since I last contacted them, but they are supposed to be in business.
