3-2019- individual started telling me he was calling on behalf of PG&E, but when I asked for clarification if he was an employee of PG&E he said, 'no' then said I was "too stupid" and "couldn't just shut up and let people talk" which was why I get so many calls. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Caller ID showed this number and also M309091903018425
