Who called me from this phone number (805) 316-7796

I have received 3 to 5 calls per day from this number. I have requested that they Do Not Call Me again at least 30 times, both verbally and by text! I have been on the DNC LIST for years. I block the number and they just call me on another! Very annoying! Medical device sales..,
