Who called me from this phone number (805) 272-4257

Got a call from this number and the caller ID popped up as "Testing" from Ojai, CA. No message but called back and it is ANOTHER auto warranty place. It gives the option to opt out almost immediately yet, it is just a different number they use to call from if you opt out.
