Who called me from this phone number (805) 262-9231

Received a text message that said “ Hey Palms Kids - Don't forget we're starting our snowman making at 11am today in the Clubhouse! Stop by for fun & goodies! :) Reply STOP to unsubscribe” Definitely not my apartment or a past one

Got 2 texts from this number saying. "Please make payment on balance due, of ??$9.27. Any questions or concerns please come to the office and we can help! Reply STOP to unsubscribe"

I received a text at 4pm saying management was notified about trash by my door and to remove trash by 8:30Am that same day or I’ll be charged $50. I live in North Carolina...

I got a text saying “ Mimosa's and muffins in the clubhouse for all residents! While supplies last! Reply STOP to unsubscribe”. My only guess is that it could be my apartment complex CampusView in Columbia, MO

Got a text referring to me by my first name only and asking me to call the office asap. Implied that it was my apartment complex office. I live in Texas and call came from California, The first name familiarity is what threw me off. Insidious company.

Text about I have an order from post mates never ordered

Received a call and text stating that the water was shutoff and would be back on by 2 on. The call came from California but I live in Ohio. The call/text pretended to be from my apartment complex office.

Text saying there is a package in the office. I have a Not Cal number living in a different state w/ this text coming from 805

I got a text from the number 805-262-9231, while simultaneously recieved a call from the same number, which I didn't answer. The text stated "Due to an emergency in your buildings F1, F2, F3 we will be shutting down the water for around 2-3 hours. We will be shutting the water off around 1:30pm" While I do live in a large Apartment complex I don't live in Building F.

I got a text from the number 805-262-9231, while simultaneously recieved a call from the same number, which I didn't answer. I called the management office and was told that they have no plumbing contractors onsite today. Not sure what scam this is, but took the same route and didn't answer the call or returned a text.

Text saying “due to the storm our alarm system is not working. Please call 911 in case of fire. A tech will be out Monday. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.” Not a known number to me.

Sent a message telling me the pool was open. I live in a house and do not know this # nor do I have a pool . This is a California #

I received the same text messages. I do not live in an apartment complex. It's a scam.

Text reporting that my insurance was canceled on 3/29 and checking to see if I have an updated policy. Seems they cover just about everything from plumbing to car insurance.

Text is reporting that plumbing is off due to issues. 4th such text. I own a home, so this is coming w/o my request. Also asking to send STOP text back.
