Who called me from this phone number (805) 257-5865

Although I am on the DNC registry, I swear, ever since I signed up for service with AT&T, I receive at least 10 scam/spam calls & text a day. I never did with Verizon or Spectrum. I’ve been with AT&T for 3 months now and get almost 100 a week.
