I called back three times to see if I could speak with a manager that could explain how they got my number why they were calling and every person hung up on me. Completely unacceptable that they can give me no answers and simply hung up. This is not How you handle the elderly and disabled
This is not a proper call center for Social Security disability. If you question how they received your number and want to know the information, you’ll be disconnected. If you call back you’ll actually talk to the same person so I believe this is a small operation at least they have an operation that has my local area code.
