Rang twice. Left no message. Blocked. Three times this month. It says out of Rock Hill SC. Small town so my guess is they are up to no good. But I get alot of calls like this from Daniel island SC. A very rich area as well... So go figure!

showed up as blue cross shield on id but was some 'matrix sometime' I told them they were spoofing bcbs and hung up
