Called and told me that they needed to speak to me about a business matter and when I said what kind of business matter they hung up on me. I called back and they couldn’t answer any questions.

Voicemail stated it was a debt collector by the name of "Account Services". I don't owe anyone money and these people left me this number to call back- then when I did, to see what SCAM they were- they stated they were having technical difficulties and would have to call me back! GTFOH

Voicemail stated it was a debt collector by the name of "Receivable Solutions". I don't owe anyone money and these people didn't bother to leave in the voicemail who they were even calling for.

When I answered, a message said "Please wait while we connect you to a representative..." Sorry. Even if I did owe something to a debt collector (which I don't), I don't answer dialer calls. Also, for what it's worth, (see below) the calls are tagged as unsafe less THAN a minute ago. (Not "then")
