Who called me from this phone number (803) 500-6094

Same number called me 3 times in the last two days. Live person. First time left a very odd voicemail to call back. Second time I picked up and said to the guy you have the wrong number. Called me back right after claiming he has one million dollars. Said his name was James Brown.
