Who called me from this phone number (803) 400-3614

I just received a call from this number stating that he had received my application for Advance America. I immediately shared with him that I had not applied for Advance America and would like to know how he got my contact information. He said that he was located in an office in Spartanburg. When I asked why he was calling from Columbia, he said that he was calling from the same state. I said yes, but that's 2 hours away.
