Claims to be health care survey from Select Health Medicare Advantage program but does not provide any call back number to verify. However you can opt out from answering the questions, which is how I found out the content of the call. It is a Robocall and suspicious, but it did only ask non-specific healthcare questions, did not ask for data or for me to provide evidence of who I am (numbers, addresses, telephone, etc.). Bad data collection effort in my opinion, they need to setup their website better if they want to collect data from their customers on how their programs are working so people can feel safer about providing information.
