Got a call saying: "My name is Mary Roberts, contacting you regarding the case in process of being filed, Bear County, the case is not filed against you, The case is actually filed against Ester, I have been instructed to make you whether your name and number has been list as relative associate, and it appears your address is also like the place of location. At this point, Ester still have the legal right to contact the Proceedings office file in the case, updated information. However, once the case is filed, that will no longer be an option, the phone number for the office is 8552386798. When she calls, you will need to reference case number 376277 This is considered a legal notice by phone, Ester Flores, will be located unless I am so otherwise..."

Called saying i have a claim against me. Couldnt give me ANY details what is was for. said they were an agency set to find me.
