Who called me from this phone number (801) 590-3845

They call and say you have commission in an account for a website you signed up for. Then you have to pay the monthly website fees you haven’t been paying before you can get the commission. You tell them know and they won’t stop. They keep calling back. I asked them to take me off the call list and they responded with if I don’t pay they will report me to 3 credit reporting agencies. I told them whatever just take me off the call list.
