Who called me from this phone number (801) 413-3962

They offer loans to unsuspecting people then bounce the checks , causing them to be hundreds in the negative and taking ALL your money out . This was done to someone close to me who has a learning disability and the bank will not stand behind their customer , this is now causing a report to the local PD who will do nothing and to the FBI as this is an ABSOLUTE scam
