Who called me from this phone number (801) 231-2455

Got a call from this number twice today. The first time it was what sounded to be someone in India/Asia and he said that they could fund my need for a business loan. I haven't owned a business since 2012. I told him to not call my number again that I was not a business owner and he needed to delete my number. I have now as I'm typing received my third call from this number today. The second two were silent.
