Who called me from this phone number (773) 855-2351

Recording says they can help you lower credit card debt, press 1 to speak. Man with foreign accent, knows my name when I ask who he’s calling for. Then repeats “are you drunk, MF’er?”. All I could do was waste some of his time, I’m sure his name/number lists are stolen.
