Got a phone call from this number debt collector saying I owe money on a Verizon account that I've never had I don't know if this is identity theft a identification or my ex-wife during the proceedings of our divorce going out and getting something in my name using our marriage license whatever it may be I keep getting phone calls not necessary from this number but this time this number it's very irritating
Saying hw was debt collector, when mentioned I would have to mail in payment because no credit card I was hung up on by the caller.

The company is supposedly called Unison. They’re a debt collector and seem like a total scam!!! Jefferson Debt Collection sold my info to them bc I have an old Verizon acct that went to collections dropped off and is now back on my credit report under Jefferson. Unison better not show up too bc it would be for the same acct. Can they do that? That doesn’t seem legal. To hit your credit report twice w/ the same collection during the same time frame just bc it got sold to a different collection place.
