Left voicemail, different number on ID for voicemail. The number from Florida. Message left was regarding school loan consolidation. SPAM. My education ended paid in full forty five years ago!

Caller says he is Justin Miller and he is calling because we got started a while back with my student loan debt relief application and we didn't get to finish. He is calling to see if I want to finish the application. The only thing is that I never started an application with him or anyone else. My student loan was paid in full almost 20 years ago. Also he says to call back and let him know if I am no longer interested. Not interested, not calling. Blocked the number until they spoof another one.
