Taking surveys on various political standings. Hanged up mid-call. Person seemed unqualified to be taking such survey. Nervous and somewhat annoyed tone of voice.

But conversation takes a dark turn by saying in exchange for my monetary aid, I’ll make a positive change in this country by causing it to wake up from the pain it has been suffering. Saying they’ll activate their people soon & will see the fire of God descend on this infidel land. I hung up immediately.
I got a call from 760-44-4501 claiming that they were from AT&T DirectTV and that they were offering 50% off my existing package along with a free upgrade for my account. I do not have any account with AT&T so I believe this is a scam. Also the call did not come in but it was a voicemail that dropped in my phone. I guess that is to get the person to call them back, anyway do not bother to respond to them.
4th time I have received the same pre-recorded message, but each time from a different caller ID. This was the call back number given at the end of the recording. Talking about solar energy and special deals and discounts and even quoted a specific payment amount.
They asked for someone who is not me. I told them that I am not that person and to add me to their do not call list. They told me to screw off.
I received a call from this with recorded message that my name was a point of contact for a person who I have never heard of, although the last name sounded familiar to my old married name! Recording stated if I did not contact them via 855-399-3107 (which appears to be scam number based on internet searches) that I would be submitted to Summons in my city.

It's the fake litigation scam. They do not provide any information, and ask for personal information right away. When you ask something as simple as an address, it's either a PO Box or they ask why should they give the address. Instant red flag.

Incoming call from 760-647-1480 recording states: "Sherry, a Sr Executive with our Automotive Department on a recorded line, can you hear me ok?"... then hangs up. I called back, got the same recording. I blocked the number.

She said she is the Lt. Gov. of California. Spoke about the stimulus check, taxes and referred to a Caleitcforme.org to get taxes done for free. Scam. Eleni Kounalakis has a 916 area code. The recording didn't even sound like her. BE CAREFUL, AND DO YOUR RESEARCH. DON'T GIVE PERSONAL INFO OUT
