They call and ask for a name. When you tell them there is no one by that name at this number they say "Oh, then perhaps you can help me" and start into their spiel. They have been reported as a police association scam.
Called me several times today. I answered once, it's definitely a robo-call. I picked up the phone to a few seconds of silence then it connects to a person in India.
