First they called on an unknown number, when I told them I couldn't hear them to call back they called on a private number. Said they were from AT&T/Directv and would give me $40 off bill for 2 yrs.. However I would need to pay $99 promotional fee. Since when is there a promotional fee? Anyways, told them to forget it
