Got a call regarding needing my con edison information to review increases. Told them to email me- suddenly she cant email and has to do this over the phone. & then proceeds to call me over and over again. Terrible

They said something about being Rockwell calling connected with Fidelis Care asking if I'm in need of groceries or medical services like physical therapy, podiatry (started going down a whole list) or medical equipment like a walker, blood pressure monitor. I was busy so asked them to call back a different time. Is this legit? It seemed odd.
