Who called me from this phone number (718) 701-0695

Receive a call from them like others. They were calling about my sister for a debt she didn't even owe and they were trying to serve her papers but it was for no reason. My sister called our lawyer and were told it was a scam. From others we have seen this is indeed a scam caller.
