Who called me from this phone number (718) 682-2055

Someone speaking Yiddish or Hebrew in a recorded message yelling screams and calls and texts at least four to five times a week. Has various numbers but they all linked back to the 2055 number. I don't know how to get rid of him! I blocked him but I still get the voicemails.
