Who called me from this phone number (718) 547-7373

this number is from a grouping of numbers around the same digits that call me at least twice a day sometimes more the person will start talking and then hang up. I feel sure that that is because they don't want to hear me say " this is a phone # on the no call list do not call this number again." They are a sneaky spam business and i've about had it with these calls. Somebody please do something about this!
