This person has called my home several times in the past and today. Sometimes the person leaves a message and sometimes they don't. I don't know who this person is or how this person got my home number. I wish this person would stop calling my home. I do not pay for gas or electricity, because I live in NYCHA. Can you stop this person from calling my home? I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
