Got a call from 714 453 9292 with a file # and questions regarding property which belongs to me. This call was for my daughter. the call is from California, I live in Texas.

Of Southern and Associates regarding what seems to be a legal complaint (gave a case #) and had questions regarding a property at 8532 SW 107th Aven. Also indicated they sent paperwork which I never received. This number is from California… I don’t live there. Probably fishing.
Urgent message for someone associated to me, but I have no inkling who that is nor does it help when I call them back to tell them I do not know that person.

Yes, I received a phone call VM from Anna with this outfit. I did return her call and left a message. After speaking with my attorney, what a bogus BS deal this is most likely filed by either MICHAEL JAMES FRY AND/OR DEBRA ANDERSON. Regarding so-called past-due rent. I am sending this Corp via Smail mail documents to substantiatemy calim, and I strongly suggest THIS IS REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM THE 3 (THREE) Credit Bureaus.
Just got a call today from this number saying there was a complaint filed against me and to return the call etc. Said their name was Jay.

This is the transcript of the voicemail from Stafford and Associates “Hello this message is for Shanda Turner this is Carla calling from the legal department of Stafford group and associates the reason for this call is because we mailed out some documents a couple of days ago in regards to a complaint that has been filed in our office our requires your immediate attention it's imperative for us to hear back from you as soon as possible to explain to you the particulars of this matter the number to our office is 714-453-9292 at the time of call and please reference case number 97618 and we also have a few questions in regards to property at (home address)hope to hear from you soon as you can for your time…”
