Who called me from this phone number (704) 841-4970

I was told that I was chosen as a Costco member to receive a travel reward, and asked to press 0 for more info. Out of curiosity, I pressed 0, was routed to what sounded like someone who picked up the phone, then hung up. They ignored my calls after repeated attempts to redial, even dialing with a private number. Obviously a scam.
